Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Solvix VPN processes information when you use our VPN applications, related websites, support features, and backend services (collectively, the “Services”). Because features differ by platform and version, the iOS and Android disclosures below are separated.

VPN Traffic and Browsing Data

We do not use complete browsing history, DNS queries, traffic destinations, or VPN-forwarded content as routine business records. Network addresses and traffic are processed as technically necessary to provide the VPN connection. Diagnostic systems may record a source IP address and connection error when a service error occurs, as described below. We therefore do not promise that source IP addresses are never present in operational logs.

iOS — Current Distributed Version (0.1.0 / build19)

The current iOS version may process the following data for app functionality. These items may be linked to the app’s randomly generated account identifier and are not used for advertising tracking:

• Email address: supplied voluntarily when a user submits feedback, so support can reply.
• Customer support content: the issue description and related support-ticket information submitted by the user.
• User ID: a randomly generated account identifier used for authentication and to retrieve VPN nodes and configuration. It is not a real-name login.
• Device ID: an APNs device token stored with the account only when the user enables remote notifications and registration succeeds. It is not IDFA and is not used for advertising.
• Other diagnostic data: VPN service error records may include the source IP address and connection error details for troubleshooting and maintaining the Service.

iOS — Services and Data Not Used in build19

The current iOS build19 does not enable Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or Adjust. It does not use advertising, in-app purchases, or the later first-open analytics feature. We do not describe device model, operating-system version, country-level location, connection-duration analytics, or payment details as data collected by this iOS build.

Android-Specific Services

Android features and third-party integrations may differ from iOS. Where included and enabled in the distributed Android version, the app may use the following services:

• Google AdMob: to serve advertisements and, where permitted, personalize ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics: to understand app usage and improve the Android service. See Firebase Privacy and Security.
• Facebook SDK: for attribution and analytics. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
• Adjust: to measure marketing effectiveness and attribute installations. Depending on configuration and permissions, Adjust may process device and app information, identifiers, IP addresses, installation data, and in-app events. See Adjust’s Privacy Policy.

These Android disclosures do not mean that the same SDKs are present or active in the current iOS build.

How We Use and Share Information

We use the information described above to authenticate access, provide VPN nodes and configuration, register requested notifications, respond to support requests, diagnose errors, maintain service availability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may use service providers only as needed to operate the applicable platform and may disclose information where required by law.

Retention and Deletion Requests

Account, support, notification, and diagnostic records do not currently have a verified automatic deletion schedule. Authorized operations staff manage deletion using internal tools. To request access to or deletion of information you submitted, contact us through the support address below. We may need to verify the requester’s identity before processing the request.

Deleting an account record does not necessarily revoke previously issued shared VPN line credentials immediately. We do not claim that uninstalling the app automatically deletes server-side records or that every deletion request results in immediate credential revocation.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been provided, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us using the address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the Services, platform features, or legal requirements change. The revised version and update date will be posted on this page. Future app versions may require different disclosures; those behaviors do not apply until the relevant version is distributed.
